Stock items
These will usually be despatched within 3 working days.
Made to Order, Bespoke and Personalised items
Most of my jewellery is made to order. Please allow up to 28 days for these pieces to be made, hallmarked and despatched.
If you require an item urgently please contact me and I will try to speed up delivery if possible.
Delivery charges
All items are sent by Royal Mail with delivery charges applied added at checkout.
I do not offer a collection service at this time, all purchases must be shipped by Royal Mail.
Delivery destinations
Currently I ship to the UK only.
I cannot ship to PO boxes because most orders require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery problems
I cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch - this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.
I am unable to refund or replace items where delivery tracking shows the goods have been delivered to your chosen address. I recommend that you have items delivered to your home address because deliveries to work addresses can get delivered to a post room or colleague (in these cases you can check the signature of the recipient by entering your tracking number on the Royal Mail website).
Returns and Refunds
To organise a return please contact me quoting the order number stated on your confirmation email.
I will provide the return address and offer an exchange or a full refund.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs. I recommend that you return your jewellery using tracked and insured delivery, Deefinjewellery is not liable to refund items lost in transit.
All items must be returned in perfect unworn condition, with their included accessories and original packaging, within 14 days of the date you received them.
Please note the following products are not eligible for return or refund unless they have a manufacturing fault:
- Custom-sized, bespoke or personalised items
- Earrings – for reasons of hygiene
Where a manufacturing fault has occurred I will replace the item or offer a full refund.
Damaged items
I take great care to ensure your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition but if any damage has occurred please contact me within 5 calendar days of receiving your order; I will likely require a photo of the damage before asking you to return the piece for inspection.
If it is determined during the inspection that the damage has been caused by accident, neglect or misuse, Deefinjewellery is unable to provide refunds or replacements. However, for a small charge + postage I will repair the item and return it to you.
Please note that Deefinnjewellery is not liable for any other jeweller’s work. Repairs or attempts at repair by another jeweller voids my warranty.
Damage in transit
Upon receipt of the goods, if you suspect a parcel has been damaged in transit you must open it in the presence of the courier to verify that the items have not been tampered with or damaged.
Failure to do this may prevent a claim against the courier or our insurers - you will be solely liable for any such loss or damage and shall waive, release and indemnify me from and against any claims relating thereto, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
